We now offer an online service for our patients (AGED 16 AND OVER) so you can order your repeat prescriptions online at your convenience.

When you are setting your account up Please ensure you have a different user name than your email address as the system will not send you a confirmation code which you will require to complete your online registration 

To register simply select Online services under further information and complete the  VOS Registration Form. This must be presented to to the surgery with a valid form of identification e.g. photo I.D.  or your passport

You will then be sent a letter with details and a secure password to access online services

Telephoning our prescription voicemail system on (01698) 456622 (available 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), leaving your name, date of birth, the items you require and whether you wish to collect at the surgery or sent to a pharmacy

We would advise that if you are currently taking diazepam, it is practice policy to provide you with a prescription for a reducing dose over a 4 week period until you are no longer taking this medication.  We do not issue long-term prescriptions for diazepam.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see a doctor, or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
